How to Get Free Traffic for Your Blog

Let's say you just started a new blog for promoting some kind of online opportunity. You want readers, but your budget is $0. You already added it to Technorati, exchanged links with some other bloggers, but it doesn't seem to be enough. What now?

An easy way to get free traffic to your blog is BlogClicker. It is a traffic exchange for bloggers (you view blogs of other people and they in turn view yours). You can get 1 visitor every 40 seconds by surfing through other people's blogs (2 visitors if you upgrade to premium membership at BlogClicker).

As in other traffic exchanges, the surfers usually don't want to see your blog - they just want to earn that traffic credit :) However, some of them (be it one out of 10, 50, or 100) will find your blog interesting and might become a faithful reader. I found that BlogClicker works better in this aspect than most of the other traffic exchanges I've tried. People will actually comment, discuss and bookmark your blog. Of course, you must have interesting content to attract their attention first.

In short: it's free, it works, and it's a good way to give your blog a "jumpstart". However, the organic traffic you get from search engines is generally more valuable, because those visitors actually want to read your blog.

You can alway find more free traffic exchanges on my list at Do note that you shouldn't use any kind of traffic exchanges if you have Google AdSense on your blog, or you'll risk getting your account suspended.

There are several free Google tools available that you can use to create targeted keywords which apply to your website and your market.

There is a system that can syphon highly targeted
leads for any possible niche you can think of!

One reason why the leads are very targeted is because of a unique approach to keyword research.

The keyword research is actually simple, but it may seem counter-intuitive.

You see,the keywords should be highly competitive and attract
a massive audience.

In the world of PPC, those type of keywords are too expensive and way to competitive to profit from.

With this system, keywords are formed into strategic questions that are used to identify your profitable target market, and they also help to drive huge amounts of traffic to your site.

Not only can this method drive virtually laser-like targeted traffic to your site, but it will specifically attract buyers who are looking for your product or service.

This is a method that extremely effective.

And all of this can be done for free!

There are many ways to increase traffic to a website, both free and paid. There isn't a secret formula but I always recommend using a combination of free and paid methods in order to broaden your reach and maximize results.
