BestBuy.com Website Down (Access Denied)

The BestBuy.com website has been down for at least 24 hours at this point. Or to be more precise, it is inaccessible from anywhere outside United States (it seems the problem with people located in the US not being able to access it has been fixed at least).

When you try to load the Best Buy site, an error similar to this one is given:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.bestbuy.com/" on this server.

Reference #18.60c15fc3.1292882580.def0d1a
According to BestBuy forums, however, their technicians are working on the problem 24/7. It's a bit weird that they haven't managed to bring the service up in all this time, but I guess downtimes happen even for the biggest sites.

Tip from wcardosomg in the forums:
https://www-ssl.bestbuy.com/site/index.jsp

That works here in Brazil but the http site is still "access denied".

Maybe they ran into some kind of problem or delay in verifying non-US credit cards so they temporarily blocked non-US IP addresses?
